Pickle School – Acidified Foods Manufacturing Course

Register now to attend the upcoming Acidified Foods Manufacturing Course and start selling pickles at your farmers’ market or roadside stand. A new approach to training allows students to register and pay online, complete the first segment of the training and testing online, and then spend only one day in the classroom. The classroom component of the course (Segment 2) will be conducted at the Cleveland County Extension Center in Shelby, NC on September 15, 2014.
