"Home Canning Basics: Pressure & Boiling-Water Canning Workshop" will give an overview of both boiling-water and pressure canning. Adults will learn which canner to use for various products and basic information about canning. They will put these skills into action as they complete hands-on boiling-water and pressure canning of tomatoes.
