The 2025 NC Mountain State Fair is now accepting entries for General Exhibits and Livestock Exhibits online at the WNC Ag Center website.
We have some great amateur cooks in Cleveland County who might want to consider competing in several cooking contests held daily at the Fair. Sponsored by various commodity organizations and Got to Be NC Agriculture, these contests award up to $200 in prize money for winning entries. In addition to a possible cash reward for their efforts, all those who enter will receive a free ticket to the fair and a primo parking space.
The deadline to enter is August 8th.
